Step back in time in the heart of Ocean Point in East Boothbay. A treasured family home is ready for you to settle in for a memorable Maine Vacation. Just six miles from Boothbay Harbor, The Villa provides a 180 degree view of Linekin Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. This 115 year old property with five bedrooms and three baths is the quintessential Maine summer home. Ideal for families or couples traveling together. Views, views and more views are what make The Villa so popular and memorable.

THE HOUSE: Original wide-pine floors throughout the house offset the birch wood walls perfectly. Floor to ceiling windows allow light and colors to infuse the rooms of this 115-year-old cottage. Enter through the galley-style kitchen on the main floor with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher. The butcher block table is a newer addition and adds even more workspace. There are a washer and dryer in the utility room off of the kitchen. The open dining area has seating for at least 8 and includes a small sitting area at the large bay window. Play a game of chess or simply gaze out at the water beyond the road. An office room is off the dining room with a large desk and comfy seating for enjoying a movie or cable on the flat-screen TV.  Pass through the office to get to the 3/4 bathroom with shower. Beyond the dining room is a sitting room with more seating and gas fireplace. A smaller TV with DVD player is in this room as well. Round the corner and head up the staircase to the second floor. Upstairs are five charming bedrooms with ocean views. Floor to ceiling windows makes waking up a special part of each day. Three of the bedrooms have Queen Beds, one has a Double Bed and the last bedroom has two Single beds. Two (2) 3/4 bathrooms with showers complete the second floor.
